Through regular worksite visits, our caring professionals develop trusting connections with employees.  When personal struggles arise, support, coaching, and encouragement are available to the employee.

Founder and President

Stephen Riley has over twenty five years of experience in providing assistance to families, married couples, adults, and youth. His compassionate approach when offering emotional and relational support through coaching relationships has been effective in reducing personal stresses and stabilizing crises. He has served in the business world, health care industry, inner city communities, and the local church. His training includes a degree in Business Administration, a Master of Divinity degree, and professional certification as a Board Certified Chaplain. He is a “do-it-yourselfer” at home and is married to his lovely bride, Delisa. They have three sons, two of which are married, a teenage daughter, and a grandson. Stephen resides in Shelbyville, KY.
